Just like Sam in The Lord of the Rings.Zuzanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02137958790178864561noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6784042461030289587.post-26878170063648832202008-09-27T00:55:00.000+02:002008-09-27T00:55:00.000+02:00That was a beautiful film. You might have seen him as the love interest in "Adele H".

Olivia Hussey was so lovely in that part. :)Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03436539725605367511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6784042461030289587.post-1815694722157956292008-09-14T14:54:00.000+02:002008-09-14T14:54:00.000+02:00Diane, I only got some of the text after years of ...Diane, I only got some of the text after years of watching the movie.;) As the Shakespeare tale was part of our English lesson, the language was dissected by our teacher and we were forced to understand it. I am still at loss though with some of his other works, but they are nevertheless captivating.Zuzanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02137958790178864561noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6784042461030289587.post-81294016977164943742008-09-12T17:00:00.000+02:002008-09-12T17:00:00.000+02:00I enjoyed that version as well. I always felt a bit stupid because I didn't get it but a friend of mine, who has a PhD in English and works for the Shakespeare Theatre near here, told me that he is the same way... he said it makes sense, though, as it's MEANT to experience and not simply read. I felt a lot better after that! :)

Thanks for the note on my 9/11 post.Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16637670293642285740noreply@blogger.com
