If I ever would leave the cold North, the light of the summer nights is what I will miss the most. The magic of the endless sunsets never seizes to captivate me, reinforcing my belief in the importance of the sun and the enchantment of the seasonal changes.
Below is a selection of our recent evening skies, depicting the celestial shows that once again take place in my views, making me marvel over natural wonders - and helping me heal as I slowly return to light within as well...
Your pictures, needless to say, capture the moments perfectly for us. I am glad that the light of nature is helping another nature's creation (Zuzana) to return to the light that is within her.

I remember standing in awe in our Swedish garden just gazing at the beautiful sky transfixed in the summer evenings. So special. I do miss that.

ReplyDeleteI love the second photo. If you ever move, you should arrange to spend your summers there, but your winters somewhere where you will get more daylight hours. Then you will have the best of both worlds.

magnificent photos! Breath-taking indeed. It must be quite a "free" show to be able to appreciate such natural wonders. I can't here in the city; while we have plenty of nature around, there are tall houses and buildings blocking nature's awakenings. The luck! :o(
