Today my day was filled with dark clouds, wind and rain, reflecting my emotions and the state of my mind. But just before the fall of darkness, the clouds dispersed, revealing a magnificent sunset. And likewise, my mind was put at ease.
Todays sunset as seen from my living room window.
Beautiful shot. How lovely to feel your worries dissipate along with the dark clouds. Wishing you only sunny days ahead.
ReplyDeleteThank you Hilary.:)
ReplyDeleteSometimes living up this far north means very little light during the autumn season, which can affect ones mood.
But at least I got to see the sun at sunset.
Hope your Sunday was good.:)
I'm so glad the weather and your day improved! :)
ReplyDeleteIt pains me that the weather has got you so down. I have suffered from seasonal affective disorder in the past, and it can be very heavy and depressing. I am glad that you at least had the relief of enjoying a really beautiful sunset.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your compassionate comment Holly. It means a lot to me.:)
ReplyDeleteHere in the Scandinavia they treat this disordered very successfully with light therapy.
The sunset was one of the most beautiful ones yet, the picture does not do it justice.
And thank you Diane for being there for me.:)
